Dianne L. Conner, Manager & Funeral Director

A self-proclaimed Navy brat, Dianne grew up in nine different ports, living in California, Tennessee, Virginia, South Carolina and Florida. She is a graduate of Capella University, Jacksonville University and Florida State College, and holds a master’s degree in psychology with an emphasis on bereavement counseling. She has a passion for serving military and law enforcement families, as well as fire and rescue.

Bob Kirkpatrick, Funeral Director

Bob joined the Roberts staff in October 2010. He began his funeral service career in 1967 and enjoys that his work allows him to help families in their time of need. The Boston native owned his own cremation service form 1991 until 2010 and lived in West Palm Beach before moving to the Ocala area.

Bobby has called Ocala home for more than 30 years. He attends Meadowbrook Church, where has served as an usher. During his 40+ year career, he has worked for a funeral home that also ran an ambulance service, and has served as a federal funeral director and corpsman while in the U.S. Navy.

William Vannier, Funeral Director

William graduated in 1987 from the State University of New York at Canton's Mortuary Science Program. He has worked in the funeral industry for more than 30 years, serving families both in the United States as well as arranging funerals for families outside of the country. His extensive background in funeral service allows him to have the skills and experience to help all families during their time of loss.

Michael Williams, Funeral Director

Michael has worked at Roberts since April 2003. He moved to Beverly Hills with his late wife in 2002, and has been active in that community through Rotary and the Catholic Church. Born and raised in Detroit, he graduated from Wayne State University and became licensed as a funeral director and embalmer in 1979.

Deborah A. Greene, Administrative Assistant

Deborah joined our team in February 2017 with experience from various industries, including hospitality management. She is the mother of two sons:  Mike, her eldest, is an electric company lineman and her youngest, Jimmy, is a paramedic driver/engineer with Marion County Fire Rescue. Deborah is also blessed with two grandchildren, Easton and Lilyan, who are her pride and joy.

Patricia A. Mitchell, Administrative Assistant

Pat has helped in various roles since she began at Roberts in August 2002. The longtime Ocala resident has attended Church @ the Springs since 1997, and worked for 25 years in the banking industry. In her free time, she enjoys photography, sewing and puzzles, and is the proud pet parent of a loving Shih Tzu named Forest.

Michael Armendi, Funeral Associate

Michael began as a Bruce Chapel West funeral attendant in March 2007. The Ocala resident is a member and usher of Meadowbrook Church, and also serves in their prison ministry outreach program. He is a native of Boston, and previously worked for 23 years as a limo driver. He is married and enjoys playing golf in his free time.

Martin R. Pieczynski, Funeral Associate

Marty joined the Roberts staff in December 2003. He is an active Top of the World resident and is a member of Queen of Peace Catholic Church and the Lions Club. The New York native was born in Buffalo and formerly owned a supermarket for 42 years. He is married to Arlene and has two sons, David and Donald. He enjoys helping people and gardening.
